We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and charismatic Bartender to join our a premium steakhouse in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, a strong background in upscale dining, and a dedication to providing exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of classic and signature cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Provide attentive, engaging, and highly personalized service to guests seated at the bar and assist with drink orders for the main dining room.
- Offer expert beverage recommendations, including wine and cocktail pairings that complement our premium steakhouse menu.
- Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, strictly adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, minimize wastage, and assist the management team with daily requisition and ordering.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender in an upscale restaurant, premium bar, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, classic cocktails, and a solid foundation in wine knowledge (especially those pairing well with steaks).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to remain calm, efficient, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Experience working in the UAE hospitality industry is highly preferred.
