Job description
What you'll do
- Take orders and handle POS transactions (cash and card) quickly and accurately during peak rushes
- Deliver warm, efficient counter and window service — you are the face of the brand
- Expedite orders, call out tickets and keep the line moving in tight quarters
- Set up and break down service stations; keep FOH clean, stocked and food-safety compliant
- Manage the queue, answer menu questions and handle allergies and modifications correctly
- Support packaging, quality checks and light prep during service
- Assist with truck setup at events, festivals and catering activations

- Experience in a food truck, fast casual bar or QSR concept
- POS experience
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working fast in small spaces and staying calm under pressure
